Screening that selects applicants conforming to the core values of KG.
Primary verification of competence through basic eligibility and job description and validation of facts stated in the job application.
Interview per stage is conducted over 1st ~2nd stages. In-depth verification is conducted on expertise based on the job experiences of the applicant.
Interview type may differ depending on the subsidiary and duty that you have applied for.
The abovementioned basic recruitment process may be subject to additional or omitted procedures depending on duty.
